Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between big data analytics, IT competency, innovation capability, and organizational success in Asia. The study collects information through a quantitative research methodology and polls a sample of local businesses. The findings imply that using big data analytics improves an organization's IT competency as well as its innovation capability, which in turn improves business performance. The study's findings indicate that both IT competence and innovation capability play a "mediating" role in the relationship between big data analytics and organizational effectiveness. The findings emphasize the significance of big data analytics in terms of boosting IT and innovation capability, which ultimately leads to improved organizational performance. The study advises regional managers and politicians on how to use big data analytics to improve organizational performance while also enhancing IT and innovation capabilities. Overall, this research adds to our understanding of the relationship between big data analytics, IT competency, innovation capabilities, and organizational performance in Asia
